Democratic Club of Taylor Officers
DCT Officers are elected by the body of members to hold two-year
terms in a general election that occurs in May on the Saturday
preceeding the regular general membership meeting as per DCT by-laws
article XIII, Section 3. The most recent election was held in May 2011.
As per artcle XIV of the DCT by-laws, "the term of office for
all
elected officers shhall be for a period of two (2) years except for
Trustees, whose term of office shall be six (6) years. One (1) Trustee
shall be elected each two (2) years to replacethe one whose term of
office expires."
DCT meetings are held the fourth Thursday of every month at 8 p.m. The
Executive Board meets at 7 p.m. right before the general membership
meeting.
