Welcome to the Democratic Club of Taylor!

Since 1945, the Democratic Club of Taylor (DCT) has been a grass-roots organization and social club designed to educate
and involve people in local political issues.  From its earliest beginnings, the DCT has been active in local democratic issues throughout the changing political and social climate and will continue to do so. DCT meetings are held monthly and communicates to its membership about important political and social issues while also providing fun and engaging activities.
We hope that you will get involved and join us in supporting democratic ideals and values. There are ample ways to get involved--through attending club membership meetings, participating in our events, volunteering for the numerous events that we hold throughout the year, and joining the DCT. DCT general membership meetings are held at 8 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of every month (except in November and December). View the calendar to learn more about what's going on and what's

Hello fellow members and visitors,

Welcome to the DCT website. I am Bob Sullivan, or Sully, as many people know me by.  I worked 36 years for GM management and retired two years ago.  I came out of retirement to serve as the elected president of the DCT.  As president, I would like to hear your voice and your ideas, to grow this club.  Let’s bring back democracy and respect to the membership, and be proud to bring people to the Democratic Club of Taylor.
